Club Committees
Our committees are the engine of the club — driving projects, membership, and community impact.
Every member is encouraged to serve on at least one committee. Committees meet monthly and report to the Board of Directors. Contact us if you would like to join a committee.
Membership Committee
Chair: Gulnara Bekova
Manages member recruitment, orientation, retention, and engagement strategies.
Foundation Committee
Chair: Nurlan Ospanov
Oversees Rotary Foundation giving, grants management, and Paul Harris Fellow recognitions.
Service Projects Committee
Chair: Marat Seitkali
Coordinates all community and international service projects, volunteer mobilisation, and impact reporting.
Public Relations Committee
Chair: Aliya Serikova
Manages club communications, social media, newsletter, press relations, and brand presence.
Youth Services Committee
Chair: Dana Khamitova
Oversees Rotaract, Interact, RYLA, and Youth Exchange programs.
Fundraising Committee
Chair: Bakyt Dzhaksybekov
Plans and executes all club fundraising events including the Annual Gala and charity auctions.
Vocational Service Committee
Chair: Ruslan Akhmetov
Promotes high ethical standards in business and supports vocational training initiatives.
International Service Committee
Chair: Zarina Bekova
Manages global grant projects, international partnerships, and Group Study Exchanges.
